Troubleshooting Aquarium Problems (Chicago Area Only)
Do you live in the Chicago area? Are you experiencing aquarium problems you can't
solve on your own? We can help. If you maintain your aquarium yourself or have
it managed by another company and you can't seem to get a handle on an unusual
or persistent aquarium problem, or maybe you just want a second opinion, we are
available on an hourly basis to troubleshoot and fix any aquarium problem you
may have.
Please note that as these problems require in-person visits by our technicians,
we do not provide this service outside our local territory as costs may be
prohibitive.
Regular hourly rates plus materials apply in most cases.

Third-Party Aquarium Bid Review
Each year, Aquarium Professionals Group installs
several very large custom aquariums throughout the
United States. We have worked with some of the finest architects
and contracting firms in the country, many of whom previously had no experience
incorporating an aquarium into their project. Though aquariums grow in
popularity every year, they are still not a common element in many project
designs.
Some architects, designers and contractors may not be familiar enough with
aquariums and related equipment to ascertain whether equipment specified in a
bid is properly sized, appropriate or adequate, or if a particular supplier is
competent. If you've never before
incorporated an aquarium into a project, you're probably getting bids from
unfamiliar sources. We provide fee-based third-party review of bids and drawings
from other aquarium companies for owners, architects and contractors who want to
prequalify sources before awarding a bid.

Aquarium Project Bid Specifications
We also provide fee-based bid specification services. If
your new construction or build-out project calls for an aquarium and you don't
want to spend time learning enough about aquariums to provide accurate
specifications prior to sending out invitations to bid, let Aquarium
Professionals Group handle that for you. We'll review your plans and specify
aquarium construction type, materials and related equipment.
If requested, we'll also provide basic MEP and ancillary requirements from other
trades needed for the aquarium. We can also check your design and if needed,
mark up drawings and provide a report with recommendations regarding any
potential problems we find such as inadequate overhead clearance for maintenance
or insufficient ventilation.
