Company president David Hauser, has more
than twenty-five years of experience with designing and installing aquariums.
He's been an aquarium hobbyist since 1965. He has designed aquariums for
celebrities, professionals and everyday folks.
Our team of aquarists and technicians come to us with a minimum of three
to five years freshwater and marine aquarium experience, then undergo an
intensive three-month training program. Our management staff are personally
trained in custom design and advanced aquarist skills by Dave
throughout their employment with our company.
We promote managers from within, after they work several years as aquarists,
making our managers as knowledgeable as "the boss."

In most cases, these consultations are free. However, please note that if you live more than an
hour drive away
from our facility in good traffic conditions, we may impose a consultation fee which will be deducted from
the total price should you decide to purchase your aquarium from us.

During the initial consultation, Dave and Sarah will take measurements, make suggestions, discuss options, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
If you desire a custom aquarium, they can also meet with your architect, designer or general contractor to ensure that access, electrical, plumbing, space and support considerations will be correct so your new aquarium will be a success.

installation; we don't quote requests for only the tank.
*We
highly recommend acrylic aquariums. We do not sell glass aquaria made of
standard tempered glass due to the many problems we've experienced with diminished quality of such tanks in recent years. Click
here to read more about why we recommend and prefer acrylic aquariums. We do
sell custom-built Starphire glass aquariums, built by a reputable fabricator,
but only if a client insists on glass. Starphire tanks are very expensive
but are much stronger, clearer and less prone to leaking than standard glass
aquaria.
